More shifty goodness. I really can't get enough. Lilypad's Baltic Blue! <3 Needless to say I was in love before it even touched my nails it looks awesome in the bottle. Its primary shifts are from a deep blue to a teal to a deeper purplish to a greenish. Hahaha. Yes - very specific. The base of this one is more blue than teal. And it's gorgeous! Found another cloudy day (which come few and far between in Southern California) to take my shifty pics so most pictures are outside in cloudy weather or inside with artificial and normal indoor lighting. Take a look!
Outside - Cloudy
Inside - light coming in through window
Artificial Lighting - you can REALLY see the teal base here. Whoaaa!
Yet another shifty masterpiece to drool over from Lilypad! I think the main difference between this and Diving the Maldives is in the base. Here it's less teal more blue. I think Maldives is a bit shiftier than this one even too. They're both magical! No base coat with these puppies since Nail Envy doesn't play nice with them. What you see is 3 coats (thin) plus top coat. Formula was easy to work with. First coat was a but sheer but coat two took care of almost all visible nail line and I probably didn't need a third but I did for good measure anyway.
