Dior: Sparkling Blueberry
*Given as a gift by my Fairy Polish Godmother
Well, this is awkward, especially if you were expecting Megan! HAHA. I love Megan and she has asked me (and another friend) to write a guest post or two while she is busy with other things. She is very eager to get back to blogging on a regular basis!
I thought that I would do my first real "guest post" with a very special polish I received this week. It is of course, Dior's Sparkling Blueberry. It is so beautiful in the bottle but that doesn't compare to how lovely it is on your nails. I was in a polish rut from Tuesday until today when I put this on.
OMG, POLISH ORGASM!!!!
This is two full coats of application bliss. This polish applies like room temperature butter applies to bread. This is a jelly rich blue polish with silver and blue sparkles mixed throughout.
As you can see, I didn't leave it alone. It isn't in my character to not have something that is holo on my nails. When I received my polishes from my fairy Godmother, I mentioned that I envisioned this with silver holo stars and that is exactly what I did! I stamped using Pueen Cosmetics Plate 42 (I think) from the Love Elements collection and Enchanted Polish Dime Piece. I just love how this turned out!!!
Here comes the not so great news. This Dior is LONG discontinued as you can tell by the label on it. It is from what I hear, very comparable to Essie's Starry Starry Night and Chanel Ciel De Nuit. So much fun on my nails. It has completely entranced me.
Thanks for reading!!
